Intelligent Welding System

As an IIW (International Institute of Welding) certified welding enterprise, we have established a dual-track system featuring both robotic welding workstations and certified welder teams, equipped with industrial-grade welding positioners and 3D detectors.

‌● Robotic Welding: Utilizing 6-axis welding robots with laser tracking, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.02mm;

‌‌● Manual Welding: IIW-certified welder team specializes in special welding techniques, proficient in MAG welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding;

‌● Special Processes: Proficient multi-layer and multi-pass welding on thick plates with interpass temperature control ≤150°C, and dissimilar metal welding, such as steel-copper and copper-aluminum transition welding;

‌● Employ NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods including UT, MT and VT, the weld strength and airtightness meet the standards of ASME, EN 1090, and CWB, meeting the requirements for special applications such as pressure vessels and steel structures.
