● High-Precision Machining: CNC boring/milling centers achieve positioning accuracy of 0.01mm, supporting H7-grade tolerance hole-system machining;
● Complex Surface Shaping: CNC vertical lathes handle 6.3-meter diameter flange turning with flatness control ≤0.03mm/m;
● All machined parts undergo full-dimensional inspection via coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure seamless integration with welded assemblies.
