‌● Anti-corrosion process: The paint thickness can reach the C5M standard, with robotic spraying ensuring a film thickness deviation of ≤5μm. Hot-dip galvanizing meets the 1461 standard;

‌● Special treatment: Optional coatings include Dacromet, Teflon high-temperature spray, electroplating, anodizing and more;‌

‌● Equipped with ultrasonic thickness gauges and salt spray test chambers to ensure a 15-year protection cycle for harsh environments such as offshore platforms and chemical equipment.
