Modular Precision Assembly Integration

Utilizes a modular anti-error tooling system, combined with laser tracking and positioning technology, as well as a multifunctional testing system, to ensure zero-defect delivery of heavy equipment ranging from wind turbine cranes to offshore platforms.

● Anti-Error Tooling System: Utilizes QR code scanning to match components with assembly drawings, achieving an error rate of ≤0.2mm;

● Laser Positioning Technology: Utilizes an API laser tracker to monitor the positioning accuracy of 20m span components in real-time, with a precision of ±0.0001mm.

● Multifunctional Testing System: Ensures the first-time qualification rate of assemblies through various tests such as air tightness, concentricity, and torque.
